The best rivalry in baseball opens up the 2010 Major League Baseball regular season as the Boston Red Sox host the New York Yankees on Sunday night in a game that can be seen on ESPN 2. CC Sabathia gets the start for the Yankees while Josh Beckett goes for Boston.

This will be the seventh career Opening Day start for Sabathia who was 19-8 with a 3.37 ERA last year for the Yankees. New York was 22-12 in Sabathia’s starts a year ago.
