As King James goes, so goes the NBA odds on this Game 4 matchup. If James is at 100% or close two the Cavs probably win Game 4. If James is less than that the Celtics will almost certainly win Game Four. Even though the Celtics have injury issues of their own they have depth and experience at most positions of the floor.
