The Vancouver Canucks were riding high during the NHL betting regular season and even looked like they might have slim chance of making it all the way to the Stanley Cup betting action behind the play of its superstars. The # 6 Kings (46-27-9) snuck into the playoffs barely edging out the Predators for the #6 seed and the right to face the Canucks.
