The Bronze Medal game will match the losers of the Finland vs. USA game against the losers of the Canada vs. Slovakia game and it will be held on Saturday, February 27th, 2010 at 10:00 PM EST. Canada gained their ticket to the semi-finals of the Olympic men’s ice hockey tournament with Slovakia by rolling over Russia with a 7-3 win on Wednesday, delivering a jolt of excitement felt right across the world. Slovakia knocked defending Olympic Champion out of the men’s hockey tournament with a 4-3 victory.  Whereas, the favored Americans carried play, but needed a jolt in the third period from their best forward to beat the Swiss 2-0 as Zach Parise broke through for Team USA to move the team on to the Semi-finals against Finland who beat the Czechs 2-0 as Niklas Hagman tipped home a power-play to break open a scoreless game. These results should bring about some very interesting Hockey odds and Hockey betting surges for this weekend’s Semi-final and the Final play for the Gold on Sunday.

Presently for those looking for the Hockey odds and interested in Hockey betting the lines so far are showing the USA is favored on the Moneyline at-170 with Finland at +150 and the Over/under is 4.5 at the moment.   The lines out there at the time for Canada the line is -2 and for Slovakia its +2 with the over and under going at 6.  In regards to the lines on these semifinal games your best bet is to check the line for Hockey odds and the Hockey betting lines at SBGGlobal.com as the linesmen are a little reluctant to put up early lines until all reports of injuries, etc have been posted from the previous quarterfinals games.  At this moment many sportswriters and Handicappers are putting the USA and Canada in the 2010 Olympic Gold Medal Championship on Sunday, but as always time will tell.
