WV should be able to shut down the perimeter offense of Duke in this basketball betting matchup and force the Blue Devils to beat them in the paint. Duke has solid big men but they’re not good enough to beat WV by themselves.
In fact, the Dukies’ perimeter oriented offense is a perfect matchup for WVs smothering defense and if you’re Coach Bob Huggins you have to be licking your lips.
Duke is arguably the best team remaining in the March Madness betting and many NCAA odds makers have them beating WV, but the Mounties’ zone is a very tough matchup for the Blue Devils and WV should prevail.
