At SBGGlobal.com we are looking at the last weekend of January 2010 as a weekend stock full of events from The NBA betting with 6 games on Saturday and 9 games on Sunday the 31st. Then, the NCAA Hoops with 144 games on Saturday and 22 games on Sunday. Then, on to the NHL with 10 games on Saturday and 6 games on Sunday. Next we have the PGA’s Farmers Insurance Open from La Jolla, California. In Tennis we can see the finals of the Australian Open.
Then one must not forget about the mixed-martial-arts debut on Saturday of Former NFL tailback who played in the USFL and NFL Odds for over a decade, a Heisman trophy winner, ran the hundred meters in 10.3 and participated in an Olympic Bobsled event, that’s Herschel Walker now 48 on the Srikeforce card in Miami! Herschel had this to say; “I wish I had the opportunity before I was 47, but it wasn’t meant to be. I’m serious, though. I love athletics and I love competition. This is the most fierce athletic competition. I don’t how long I can do this. But I can do it now. So, like I say, why not?” Walker will be facing Greg Nagy presented by Stikeforce Miami from Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise Florida at 10:00 PM ET. SBGGlobal will have lines/odds on this interesting MMA matchup.
Also on Saturday we have the Senior Bowl where a Florida State safety and Rhodes Scholar is back from a year of studying at Oxford University, joining a gathering of fellow NFL hopefuls in trying to improve their draft stocks and hone skills at Saturday’s day Senior Bowl along with the likes of Tim Tebow the University of Florida -Heisman Trophy winner. This showing of the Collegiate Seniors is at 4:05 pm ET and televised in the NFL network from Ladd Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. SBGGlobal.com will have lines/odds on this game as well.
Then last but not least on Sunday the 31st at 7:35 PM ET we have none other than the NFL PRO BOWL on ESPN from Land Shark, Stadium in Miami, Florida. At present SBGGlobal shows the NFC are slight Favorites. The NFL’s new Pro Bowl Policy has caused some excitement and at the same time concern from many?
The NFL is insisting that players from the Colts and Saints show up at the event, do some pregame interviews and wave to the 70,000-plus fans. Even though the Colt and Saint Players picked for the Pro Bowl won’t play in the game they are required to be present!
There’s a big, beautiful world out there beyond the NFL, and as big as the Super Bowl Odds might seem to many of us, it’s just a football game that entertains people for a few hours – and then the earth keeps spinning and the next big thing and/or Sporting Event that takes place. Next come March Madness some keep in touch and we will keep you posted on all the changes, odds, in the sporting World at SBGGLobal.com one of the World’s largest SportsBooks. Last, but not least try to enjoy this weekend full of sporting activities.
