In the first Midwest Game Tennessee vs. Ohio State let it be known that Tennessee fouls 30 times per game and the more free throws Ohio State shoots, the higher its percentage from the stripe. The Buckeyes are good free-throw shooters. With Tennessee fouling a lot their players are going to be in foul trouble with the possibility of fouling out and they will end up in big trouble. Likely this one goes to OSU Buckeyes. In the second game, in the Midwest Regional’s with Northern Iowa vs. Michigan State, in this game the Spartans have major injury issues. The Panthers bounced mighty Kansas from March Madness betting action, and now the Missouri Valley champs are going to look to use their #2 rated defense in the country to stuff up more big boys from the Big Ten. Don’t be surprised if UNI gets the job done. Check on the NCAA Betting and Basketball betting odds at SBGGlobal.com on these sweet sixteen’ers.
In the First Game of the South Regionals St. Mary’s CA vs. Baylor and once again St. Mary’s will have to count on Omar Samhan for a huge Game. If he puts up similar number as he did in the first two games, the Gaels could continue on their Cinderella run to the “Elite Eight.” If not they will keep the game close and exciting. In the Second South Regional we have Purdue vs. Duke and it has been said that the “Dookies” are one of the best teams in college basketball, at least one of the top two! They just have too much Singler, too much Smith, too much Scheyer, too much Zoubek and too much Coach K. In other word they got too much going for them to slow down. Although the Purdue Boilermakers were a dark horse for a final four run, more than likely the “Dookies” will advance or will they?
